As of July 1, 2024, Oklahoma House Bill 3958 has been in effect and governs digital communications between school staff and students. The district has purchased StudentSquare which is a student communication companion to ParentSquare which will replace the use of Remind 101 and GroupMe for student communications in grades 5th-12th effective  Monday, August 26, 2024.  StudentSquare provides a safe and secure platform for student communication at school.  The two-way group messaging, private conversations, district-wide alerts and notices, and simple user interface will keep everyone connected.  

The app allows students in grades 5th-12th to:

• View all classroom communication, receive app notifications

• Stay up to date on the latest school News and Announcements

• Receive/send direct messages to staff members

• View photos and videos posted by teachers

• Fill forms online

• View the school and classroom calendar 

• View class schedule
